Camp Susque's Blast is a co-ed winter camp that runs for four days and three nights over the New Year's holiday. Blast is intentionally designed for college-age young adults, and gives campers the chance to share, hang out, and relax while experiencing Susque in the winter.

Blast campers are a crazy, fun-loving bunch who typically spend their time hiking the wintry mountains, playing board games, drinking coffee, and hanging out with friends new and old. Weather permitting, campers can try their hand at ice skating on our pond or sledding on our Tube Chute. In addition to the regular Winter Camp activities, each Blast is enhanced with a special theme night, complete with unique activities and a lavish, special theme meal.

The goal of Blast is to provide college-age campers a place to recoup and rewind from their busy lives. To further this goal, a carefully chosen Chaplain will present challenging, encouraging sermons geared towards helping campers discern truth and fight lies as they navigate their way in the complex world. Campers will also spend time in corporate worship and have the opportunity to discuss their thoughts from chapel during small group time.

Blast Highlights:

  • New Year's Eve Celebration
  • Outdoor Activities-Ice-skating, sledding, and other snow games (weather permitting)
  • Special Theme Meals
  • Small Groups
  • Board & Card Games
  • Endless coffee & hot chocolate
