Acceptance and Participation
Rules for acceptance and participation in the program are the same for everyone regardless of religion, race, color, or national origin. Camp Susque does reserve the right to dismiss any camper who, by administration's judgment, consistently or grossly violates Camp Susque's regulations in a manner detrimental to the good or safety of any persons or property. By registering, parents give permission for their child to be included in media productions.

For Parents
- Parents are welcome to join their children for most single and multi-day programs.
Sometimes, a class will require significant resources or have limited spots. If parents intend to participate with their student in such a class, parents should purchase the “Parental Participation” Additional Option. This will be available to you when you register a student for the program. You need only purchase 1 per adult attending. - For Fall-Spring programs, parents may use the 1st floor of Susque Lodge while students are in class.
- Wifi is available. Stop in the office for connection information.
For Adults without Children

Policies
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at registration unless a class is over $100. In these cases, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the class cost is required.
Cancellation Policy
Camp Susque reserves the right to cancel or postpone scheduled classes in cases of inclement weather, low enrollment, or emergencies. If a class is cancelled or postponed by Camp Susque, you will be contacted directly via phone and email.
Refund Policy
If a class is cancelled or postponed by Camp Susque, a full refund will be provided. If you cancel at least two weeks prior to the first meeting of a class, you will be issued a full refund. Refunds will be issued using the method in which payment was made. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
Waitlist Policy
If a class is full and you wish to be placed on a waitlist, please complete the application along with payment method. You will be notified when an opening becomes available. You will not be charged the tuition fee until you are officially enrolled in the class.
Supervision Policy
Students under the age of 5 participating in a program must be accompanied by an adult. Camp Susque is not responsible for the supervision of students outside of designated class times.
